ABOUT OUR COMPANY
MFR was founded in 2010, out of a desire to provide locally based customers with a licensed construction service with a family feel. With a combined 40 year experience in the construction, real estate development and engineering industries, this small family owned business, based in Culver City, California, is run by father and son team, Tilo and Fredy. MFR values its customers and their feedback. Customer satisfaction is MFR’s priority.
Tilo
Tilo has over 30 years of practical experience in the construction industry. From carpentry to electrical projects, Tilo has proven local and international experience in the industry. Tilo has worked in China, instructing workers on the application of stucco, and locally, has a track records of commitment to excellence and reliability.
Fredy
After almost 10 years working as a Project Manager for Serrano Development Group, Fredy founded MFR Construction Services in 2010. Fredy has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and holds an Engineer-in-Training license and is a licensed General Contractor in the state of California. With Tilo on board as Principal Partner, this father and son team make formidable partnership. Since its inception, MFR Construction Services hit the ground running and has not looked back
